Is this only for people with a formal ADHD diagnosis?

Not at all. Many of our members are entrepreneurs or CEOs who haven’t been officially diagnosed, but resonate deeply with ADHD struggles like chronic overwhelm, procrastination, and constant “house of cards” stress. If neurotypical productivity advice hasn’t worked for you, this program is built for you.

What will the group calls focus on?

The main pillar of the program is our Monday calls.

Each Monday will alternate: one will focus on rhythmic living, executive functioning, navigating adhd, autism, etc. Those calls will include topics I’ve touched on in my social media content: task initiation, daily rhythms, effective use of time, personal habits, accommodating ourselves at home and in the workplace, reducing stress, improving the 8 aspects of executive function...

The next Monday we'll get clear about our priority tasks for the week. So we're identifying the steps we need to take, and building a foundation that empowers us to actually take those steps.

How long are the calls?

The Monday calls are 60 minutes.

We also offer 30 minutes Celebrate Our Wins sessions on Fridays, and 2-hour coworking sessions Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.

If a session every weekday sounds like way too much of a commitment, that's okay, you're not committing to that. You're invited to it, and you're not obligated to it. You're more than welcome to just show up on Monday morning and then do the rest of your week on your own. Even if you need to miss some Monday sessions, that's okay too. I'm just offering a structure, and you get to choose how much of that is useful for you.

What are the daily coworking sessions?

On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, members can join optional 2-hour co-working sessions on Google Meet. Each session starts with a quick check-in where we share what we’re working on and why it matters to us, then we dive into focused sprints with short breaks. It's virtual body doubling with a light structure to make it work even better for brains like ours — optional, supportive, and designed to help you actually get things done.

What is the format of the coaching calls?

We’ll connect over zoom. I’ll start each call by asking about successes and struggles implementing the concepts from the previous call, and coaching around all of that. Then I’ll introduce a new concept related to executive functioning, adhd management, rhythmic living, etc; with a focus on practical implementation. You’ll have a chance to ask questions, talk through challenges implementing similar strategies in the past, etc. And each week you get to choose one actions step to start putting it all into practice. 

Will the calls involve break-out groups?

We will not have breakout rooms on the zoom calls. Instead, you’ll be invited to connect with two other members outside of the group calls: a triad for check-ins, accountability, and peer support whenever you need it.

How many folks will be in this cohort?

To make sure each person on the call has a chance to get their questions answered, I’m limiting this cohort to 13 members.

How will I access call recordings?

The membership program includes access to a dedicated platform called Buildable. Each week we’ll upload the full recording, video highlights, a transcript, summaries, suggested practices, and any other resources (documents, pdfs, etc). So the material from each week will live in one easy-to-access place where you can also ask questions of me and connect with the whole community.

How does the community forum work?

We’ll use Buildable as the platform where you can connect with the group, access call recordings, and find resources. Everything you need to stay engaged and on track will live there.

Am I committing to multiple months?

This is a 3-month cohort. After that you'll have the option to join the alumni community on a monthly or annual basis. Your choice.
